Nordelcor SA is an international-capital building and development company. Alejandro Sessa, Nordelcor chairman, has worked for Credit Lyonnais, Abn Amro Bank (Amsterdan and London), HSBC (London/Emerging markets). Founded at the beginning of the year 2004, Nordelcor has purchased good-quality parcels with the purpose of developing them into communities, where people may be rendered with all the services they may find in the city without jeopardizing the environment. Pinar Del Faro is our first development in Uruguay, and we entrusted Mario Connio with the design and architecture of the project. In Argentina Nordelcor SA purchased 70.400 acres in the glacial area, between Calafate and Chalten, province of Santa Cruz. This amazing location is along 7 km. of Viedma Lake coast and 5 km. of La Leona River coast, where sports such as rafting and fly fishing can be practiced, and it is facing the outstanding Fitz Roy and surrounded by water.
