Those lands that used to belong to Pinar del Faro farm are the scenario of today's Pinar new development, located in the middle of José Ignacio, 89 dune acres over a big 15-meters hill above the sea level, at José Ignacio highest point. Around 45 years ago these dunes were planted with different varieties of Sea Pines, Acacias, Eucalyptus, and Palms, which gives Pinar a unique background not found in any other area of José Ignacio. At Pinar, which is opposite the sea, you have the possibility to walk towards the beach or the commercial center of José Ignacio.



This project was planned and designed by Mario Connio, architect settled in Europe who has developed a successful career. Apart from the general plan, streets, infrastructure, and furniture, Mario has eagerly thought about the everyday life details so that the place would be magical and outstanding. We took into account privacy and noise; two dream-like squares have been drawn, planted with Butia Palms; tennis courts, and a reception to indulge all requests.

Therefore we thought: the beach, the sea, bicycles, and very closeness to the best restaurants so as to eat a delicious fresh fish, does anyone need anything else?
